Industrial Training

Indore Indira organizes Industrial Training for students with an objective to experience and understand real life situations in industrial organizations and their related environments. This is with an objective of accelerating the learning process of how student’s knowledge could be used in a realistic way. It makes them understand the formal and informal relationships in an industrial organization. Moreover, students can gain hands-on experience that is related to the students majoring. Students are shortlisted by companies on the basis of their resume record or through campus selection procedure.
Along with the training sessions imparted, most companies pay a stipend to the trainees to cover their practical expenses and expenses incurred on travel, boarding and lodging if involved in the projects, as per the organization rules.
